Q. What is your returns
policy?
A. Adam's Mobility Services will guarantee your purchase against faulty manufacture. If your item is defective upon receipt through faulty manufacture Adam's Mobility will replace your item on return of the item unused and in its original packaging. You must inform us of this within 5 days of receipt of the goods including weekends. You must email us to get authorisation prior to returning the goods. If an item is returned, Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We endeavour to make every effort to make your purchases with us as pleasant as possible. We guarantee your satisfaction, and will go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy our products as much as we do and the many customers that have purchased from us. Q. What is your warranty arrangement?
A. Adam's Mobility Services Limited warrants to the original retail purchaser for those periods set forth below that all new products shall be free from failure caused by defects in material and workmanship when used under normal conditions in a normal manner. The obligation of the company under this warranty consists only of repairing or replacing, at the company's option, any part, which is proved to be defective in material or factory workmanship. The company reserves the right to require the return of defective material to verify the claim. All costs, such as labour, transportation, and loss of use, associated with the replacement of defective parts and components are not covered under this warranty.
